Neste pull request, adicionei um Dockerfile e um arquivo .dockerignore para facilitar o uso do projeto em containers Docker.
Também atualizei o README com instruções para construir a imagem Docker e rodar o projeto.
Essas mudanças ajudam a padronizar o ambiente de desenvolvimento e facilitam a execução dos mini-projetos.
